Driver In Bus Accident Identified

The tour bus driver who died after a BMW crashed into it near downtown Las Vegas over Labor day weekend has been identified.

The Clark County coroner's office says 55-year-old Jose Francisco Cosenza, of Las Vegas, died in the Saturday morning crash.

Police say the BMW driver was 24-year-old Jonathan Donner, of Las Vegas. He faces charges of DUI resulting in death and DUI resulting in substantial bodily harm.

Authorities say the BMW ran a red light and hit the mini tour bus, causing the bus to overturn and both vehicles to catch on fire.

A 34-year-old man from Germany who was on the tour bus also died but has not been identified.

A passenger in the BMW and three other people in the tour bus were hospitalized with serious injuries.
