Las Vegas Driver Facing Five Felony Charges After Accident

A 24-year-old Las Vegas man is facing five felony drunken driving charges in a fiery three-vehicle crash that killed a shuttle bus driver and a German tourist.

The motorist, Jonathan Donner of Las Vegas, is due for an initial court appearance Wednesday in the Saturday evening crash at a busy downtown Las Vegas intersection.

Jose Francisco Cosenza of Las Vegas and a 34-year-old German whose name wasn't made public pending notification of his relatives were killed in the crash.

Prosecutor Brian Rutledge says Donner faces two charges of DUI causing death and three charges of DUI causing substantial bodily harm.

Police say Donner was driving a BMW that sped through a red light and hit the shuttle bus, causing it to overturn and burst into flames.

The BMW then hit another car.
