Stalled By Recession, SkyVue Property Up For Sale

The SkyVue Ferris wheel was just one project to be built on rundown property across from Mandalay Bay.

Real estate investor Howard Bulloch also received approvals for an amusement park.

Bulloch got as far as building two towers for the SkyVue wheel, but then the recession forced him to suspend his project.

So now the south Strip property consists of two towers sticking out of the ground and little else. The 38-acres of prime Strip property are also for sale, according to the Las Vegas Sun.
