The Las Vegas Convention and Visitor's Authority was recently presented with two reports that show road expansion projects to and from the city will boost visitor numbers. But the Highway Trust Fund can't pay for it, according to transportation lobbyist Tom Skancke. So now they're proposing toll lanes. Are Nevadans going to accept it?
