Since birth, her parent’s love for artists such as Prince, Stevie Wonder, D’angelo and Erykah Badu resonated with Sabriel, especially as she began to experiment with writing lyrics and melodies. Musical influences from the past mixed with a craving for discovering artists that would send her on emotional journeys helped her find her own voice.
