Nevada Public Radio presents its inaugural episode of State of Nevada: After Dark, live from Downtown Las Vegas' Rebar.

If you’re familiar with the Las Vegas arts district, then you know it’s changing fast.

What used to be almost exclusively antique shops and art galleries is now brimming with bars, restaurants and breweries.

And new developments are taking place as we speak.

How are these developments impacting the local and tourist experience?

More importantly, how will these changes impact the large amount of small businesses that make up the heart and soul of downtown?
