LAS VEGAS (AP) — A fire official says no one was seriously hurt, but at least 26 people were displaced by an apartment fire in central Las Vegas.
Assistant Clark County Fire Chief Troy Tuke says firefighters arrived a little after 11 a.m. Monday and battled heavy smoke and flames in an upstairs apartment at the complex about 3 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip.
Tuke says smoke and water damaged adjacent and downstairs apartments.
