Governor Brian Sandoval is officially supporting the Republican-led effort to pass a major overhaul of the federal tax code.
The Nevada Independent reports the White House has released the Governor’s statement backing the tax bill.
Congressional leaders announced Wednesday morning that they have come to an agreement on combing the House and Senate versions of the bill.
The Governor had previously raised critical questions on parts of the bill, including concerns about cuts to affordable housing programs.
