About 30 people have been allowed back home in a rural Nevada town after authorities say a man killed himself detonating two bombs.
Lincoln County sheriff's dispatcher Toni Lytle said Friday that the scene in Panaca reopened late Thursday after authorities finished combing the area for more explosives.
