In the year before a suspected bomber set off two explosions targeting his former boss in a rural Nevada town, the former hospital nurse had disciplinary issues reported at work that eventually lead to his license being revoked.
State documents show that Glenn Franklin Jones had his nursing license revoked for unprofessional conduct by the Nevada State Board of Nursing in April for a period of five years.
The state said they investigated Jones for two incidents in 2015 involving morphine that was unaccounted for at Grover C. Dils Medical Center in Caliente.
Jones is suspected of setting off bombs on July 13 in neighboring Panaca inside the house of his former hospital supervisor and in a car outside.
Authorities said the 59-year-old died of suicide during the attack.
