Under Clark County grand jury subpoenas, Las Vegas Metro Police are expanding an investigation of $90,000 in Southwest Airlines gift cards the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority bought in secret.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports Metro Police detectives have obtained records in recent weeks from the airline as well as the accounting firm that conducted an audit finding a $50,000 discrepancy in available gift card funds.
