More than 1,000 people came to Reno last weekend for the UCS Spirit National Pole Vault Summit, a 30-year tradition that attracts some of the world’s top pole vaulters and coaches.
Described by organizers as “a grassroots developmental clinic established and continued to promote safety and encourage the advancement of pole vaulting,” the two-day event is split between competitions held inside of the Reno Livestock Arena and seminars at the Nugget Casino Resort in Sparks.
