Wet, dry, windy or hot - Nevadans will be gardening. It’s the world’s number one hobby, and it’s no different in the desert Southwest.

And now is the time for planting—at least, it is for some types of plants, some vegetables or trees. But what kind? What’s the best time to put things into the ground?
