The big day is almost here. The Silver State Health Exchange is set to open for business next Tuesday. Nevada set up its own insurance exchange and that is the place where Nevadans without health insurance can sign up for next year. The Affordable Care Act requires everyone who does not currently have health insurance through some other means - from an employer, from the Veterans Administration or Medicare - to buy health insurance.
