Recording the Living History of WWI Veterans

In 1917-1918, 4.5 million Americans served in World War One.  The last surviving veteran of this war died in France earlier this month.  The "WWI Living History Project" honors the sacrifices and contributions of America's WWI veterans.  Five years ago some of the last surviving veterans talked about being among the men and women who made the world (in President Wilson's words) "safe for democracy."  Walter Cronkite is our host. Join us for the "WWI Living History Project,” Monday at 9am and again at 8pm.
