The Nevada Budget

The Economic Forum set the limits to the Nevada budget for 2011-2013 on Wednesday. The group which estimates the state's revenue decided that existing taxes would haul in $5.3 billion over the next two years. That means the 2011 Legislature will have to cut over $1 billion from the existing levels of spending or ... raise new revenue with additional taxes.
