CityCenter Dispute

MGM Mirage has refused to pay the Perini Building Company, general contractor on the CityCenter project, and the dispute has now ended up in court. Neither side will comment on the litigation but Perini is pushing politicians such as Gov. Jim Gibbons to intervene. Senate hopeful Sue Lowden has also taken up the cause, denouncing Sen. Harry Reid for lobbying banks for the finance but refusing to push MGM Mirage to settle the dispute. We talk with sub-contractors Bob Coffman, president of Technicoat Management LLC and James Kerr, group manager for Urata and Sons Cement. Both companies say they are owed millions of dollars by MGM Mirage.

GUESTS:
James Kerr, Group Mgr, Urata and Sons Cement
Bob Coffman, Pres, Technicoat Management, Inc.
