Printing Ethnicity

Newspapers often struggle with the decision on whether or not to print the ethnicity of crime suspects. And cries of racial profiling can sometimes come from those crime stories. We are also joined by UNLV Anthropology and Ethnic Studies Professor Rainier Spencer, and Al Tompkins, he teaches journalism ethics at The Poynter Institute in St. Petersburg, Florida.
