The Clark County district attorney recently cleared Metro police in three officer-involved shootings. DA Steve Wolfson said the officers acted lawfully in the shootings of three men: Alberto Castillo, Luis Silva, and Rafael Alonso Olivas.
The family of Erik Scott who was gunned down by police at a Costco in 2010, has dropped their lawsuit against Metro. The family cited insurmountable legal hurdles and lack of evidence as a reason.
