Erik Scott Family Drops Case Against Metro

The family of Erik Scott who was gunned down by police at a Costco in 2010, has dropped their lawsuit against Metro. The family cited insurmountable legal hurdles and lack of evidence as a reason. We talk with Bill Scott, Erik Scott's father about why he decided to drop the suit.
