CCSD high school teacher arrested, accused of stalking student

The Clark County School District Police Department said they've arrested a school employee accused of stalking a student online.

Aaron Morbioli, 37, was employed as a teacher at Spring Valley High School. He's been with the district since February 2018.

Police said he was charged Tuesday with one count of stalking with use of internet or electronic communication involving a juvenile. He was booked into the Clark County Detention Center.

According to court records, he was given bail conditions, should he be released, which include no contact with the victim, high-level monitoring and staying out of trouble.

He's expected in court again on March 29.
