Culinary Union members who work at Palace Station say they’re picketing today to protest management's refusal to recognize the union’s legitimacy. They also claim the casino-resort has interfered with their union election.
Red Rock Resorts is currently being sued in U.S. district court by the National labor Relations board alleging failure to adhere to a court order.
Palace Station’s parent company, Red Rock Resorts Inc. declined to comment.
