Threat charges dropped over Facebook post critical of Sisolak

All charges have been dismissed against a Nevada man who a year ago was charged with making a threat to Gov. Steve Sisolak.

Steve Feeder faced one count of publishing a note on Facebook seen as potentially inciting a breach of the peace or other crime. Feeder's attorney argued his speech was constitutionally protected.

Clark County District Judge Christy Craig dismissed the charge in early November.
