Housing Prices Drop In April After Record High In March

Housing prices in Southern Nevada dropped in April after setting a record high in March, according to Las Vegas Realtors. 

The organization says the median price of an existing single-family home was $310,000 during April. That was up from $300,000 in April of 2019 but down from March’s $319,000.

Sales were down with the 1,971 houses sold in April down 31.4 percent from April 2019.
