Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., speaks at a culinary workers union hall Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020, in Las Vegas.

In the marathon race that is the presidential campaign season, tension is starting to build in the run-up to the February caucus in Nevada.

Democratic candidates made multiple stops around the state last week, making sure to pay respects to the politically powerful Culinary Union.
