Burning Man organizers have filed a lawsuit over annual charges to the festival of nearly $3 million by the Bureau of Land Management.
The Reno Gazette-Journal reports that organizers, filing as Black Rock City LLC, are challenging the BLM’s annual charges for expenses and services tied to law enforcement and oversight.
Black Rock City has filed six lawsuits in the past four years over the charges, which they say are excessive.
