The owner of several gaming properties in Pahrump has closed on a $190-million deal to acquire two more casinos in Laughlin.
Las Vegas-based Golden Entertainment has acquired the Colorado Belle and the Edgewater from Marnell Gaming.
The deal was first announced in July and the acquisition became official this week.

Among Golden’s operations in Nevada are three casino properties in Pahrump and they now have three in Laughlin.
