The owners of PT’s pubs in Las Vegas announced Monday it is buying several casino properties including the Stratosphere, Arizona Charlie’s Decatur, Arizona Charlies Boulder and another casino in Laughlin.
Golden Entertainment said it would pay $781 million in cash for the American Casino and Entertainment Properties, as well as about 4 million shares of Golden stock issued to American’s current owner.
Golden officials said the transaction should be finished at the end of the year, after regulatory approval.
