The Golden Knights hockey team is suing StubHub, saying the team did not get its cut of profits from ticket sales.
The Knights filed a complaint against online ticket retailer in Clark County District Court last week, saying they owe the team almost $1.5 million in playoff ticket sales profits.
StubHub is contending that court papers concerning their contract have important trade secrets about the site’s negotiation strategies and contract terms.
The Knights’ filing last week was a motion to seal and redact parts of the lawsuit. StubHub is based in San Francisco.
