Supreme Court Won't Hear Wynn Tip Sharing Case

The U.S. Supreme Court has denied a petition by Wynn Las Vegas to overturn a lower court’s ruling on tip sharing.

The lower court had ruled that the casino must end its practice of requiring dealers to share 15 percent of their tips with supervisors.

Table game dealers have been in an ongoing legal battle to stop the practice.

They lost there but scored a victory on appeal.

Wynn Las Vegas eventually brought the case to the Supreme Court, which has now declined to hear the case. Both sides will now have another chance to be heard in District Court.
