Freeze Watch For Monday Night Through Tuesday Morning

The National Weather Service in Las Vegas has issued a freeze watch from late Monday night through Tuesday morning for northeast Clark County and the Las Vegas Valley, and a wind advisory continues through 8 p.m. Tuesday for Clark County.  Low temperatures of 28 to 32 degrees are likely in northeast Clark County and around the edges of the Las Vegas Valley.

If the wind blows all night Monday night, the freezing temperatures may hold off until Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.  The weather service expects north winds at 25 to 35 mph with gusts 40 to 50 mph. The strongest winds will be near the Laughlin and Bullhead City area.
