Steve Wynn has released further details on his plans to open a lagoon on the golf course east of the Wynn Las Vegas and Encore towers.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports Wynn said the work would start January 3 on a new 47-story hotel tower.
Among the attractions along the lagoon will be a carousel, a bumper car experience and a nightly parade of floats.
