Caesars Files To Leave NV Energy's Market

Caesars Entertainment is the latest company that wants to leave NV Energy's electricity market.

The Las Vegas Sun reports the company filed the request just before Thanksgiving.

It would need to be approved by Nevada's Public Utilities Commission.

If Caesars leaves, it would join MGM and Wynn as other gaming companies that have sought to buy electricity on the open market.
