Potential water use could become a deciding factor in whether Nevada will provide a company with tax incentives.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports state officials trying to attract tech and advanced manufacturing companies need to balance water conservation efforts with economic development.  

Authorities are weighing a company’s possible impact on the state’s water supply against economic benefits like prospective job creation.
