Nevadans did a fair amount of shopping in February, according to the latest data from the state.
Nevada's Department of Taxation reported Wednesday statewide taxable sales were up just over five percent in February as compared to that time last year.
Clark County sales were up 3.7 percent; Nye, almost 9 percent; and Elko, nearly 3.5 percent.
