What's On Your Mind: 'Smart City' Edition

Bo Bernhard believes Las Vegas is a smart city. Now this goes against so many lists published every year that continuously remind us of how terrible we are in so many different categories, including literacy and higher education.

There was even a list published by the Daily Beast back in 2010 that actually ranked Las Vegas as the dumbest city.

What makes for a smart city? And where do we need to improve? A panel discusses this topic ... and whatever else is on your mind.
