Election Roundtable: The Governor's Race And More

Early voting for the primaries begins on Saturday but one election that doesn't have much suspense left is the race for governor. Democrats were so disheartened that no candidate with any name recognition or any resume even bothered to run.

So why is Gov. Brian Sandoval such an unbeatable favorite for a second term even as Republicans on the national scene are less enamored of him? And what's happening in the fight to be Lieutenant Governor and possibly replace Sandoval if he finds another job? And in Clark County, the list of potential sheriff candidates will be whittled down to two for the general election? Who is likely to make it to that showdown?
