Governor Gibbons and Attorney General Catherine Cortez-Masto are at odds on whether or not the State should join 13 others in an effort to block the new federal health care bill's mandate that every American purchase health insurance. Governor Gibbons on Wednesday directed Cortez-Masto, a democrat, to file a lawsuit against the federal government to halt the implementation of the newly signed health care bill.
