Most people think they could improve the newspaper they read. That's probably true for the news on the radio as well. National Public Radio Ombudsman Alicia Shepard has to field all those questions and complaints. She joins us to field questions and complaints about the news standards at National Public Radio. (By the way, her own responses suggesting, for example, that the NPR newsroom needed more ethnic diversity and that it would be better to have more very conservative voices, have also enraged listeners.
