The Health District said Monday that it’s currently investigating a case of Measles in an out-of-state visitor to Clark County.

Officials say the patient traveled into Harry Reid International Airport on October 13 for a layover at Terminal 3’s E Gates. They did not leave the airport, and departed on a flight around 8 a.m. that same morning.

No other cases have been confirmed. However, Measles symptoms — like a rash, cough, and fever — can take between seven to 21 days to appear.
