Nevada collected $9.8 million in revenue from marijuana taxes in October.

The Las Vegas Sun reports the Nevada Department of Taxation calls it a state record since recreational sales were legalized in 2017.

It represents over $1 million in growth from September and a $1.6 million increase from October 2018.
