Excessive Heat Watch Starts Tuesday In Las Vegas

The National Weather Service expects more hot, dry conditions in the Las Vegas Valley over the next few days.

It has issued an excessive heat watch that’s effective from Tuesday morning through Wednesday evening.

It’s the third watch this month.

Sunday’s high of 107 degrees will likely be matched Monday with highs of 108 forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday.

Temperatures are expected to fall slightly in the latter half of the week, with highs near 106 forecast for Thursday and Friday.
