Ever thought about fostering a pet but were a little uncertain? With local shelters and rescues overflowing with lost and abandoned pets (especially larger dogs), you are needed more than ever.

At this monthly event you can learn what kinds of animals need fostering, what to expect (besides many sloppy kisses and endless cuddle time), and how the rescue you work with will support you. Usually there are representatives from several rescues and area shelters on hand.

Held on the first Sunday of every month.

Take your dancing shoes and groove to classic yacht rock tunes from a live band. Enjoy a meow-mosa or other cocktail and hit the best brunch buffet on the high seas! Also, live and silent auctions. Don your captain’s hat and Hawaiian shirts…because nautical attire is highly encouraged!
