Get set for a weekend of incredible music and celebration honoring the rich history of jazz music in Las Vegas. There will be a stellar lineup of musicians, workshops and classes, food and craft vendors, and activities for all ages.

Violist Hyunseo Kim (Artist Diploma, fourth semester) and friends will perform works by Max Reger (Suite Opus 131d, Number 1), Paul Hindemith (Opus 11, Number 4), Henri Wieniawski ("Rêverie"), and Johann Sebastian Bach (Brandenburg Concerto Number 6). Also performing are violist Jason Guzman, pianist Katie Leung, cellist Jaeyoung Jo, and harpsichordist Michelle Kim.

Conducted by Alexandra Arrieche, The Henderson Symphony Orchestra performs one of the most iconic film scores of all time: Jaws.
This new adaptation by Ken Ludwig captures the spirit of Agatha Christie’s original classic with healthy dose of comedy. Famous detective Hercule Poirot boards a luxury train—-the famous Orient Express. But en route to Western Europe from Instanbul, an American tycoon is found stabbed eight times, his door locked from the inside. Poirot must identify the murderer before it is too late.

Celebrate the magic of butterflies while enjoying a weekend of fun, education, and entertainment for all ages. Experience a butterfly release, explore Jurassic Mariposa with animatronic dinosaurs, enjoy two days of live music, a petting zoo, train rides, stilt walkers, jugglers, and silk aerialists.
Also, you can visit Fairy Village for storytime with Miranda the Forest Fairy, tackle an obstacle course, and learn about butterflies and pollinators in Habitat Row, featuring a 40-foot caterpillar exhibit.
Saturday from 10 to 6 and Sunday from 10 to 4.
Vegas City Opera presents music under the stars, with tunes from "Phantom," "Les Misérables," "Hamilton," and more! Take low-back chairs and blankets to be comfortable on the lawn. Picnics are welcome, too, but please leave the dogs at home.
