Food lovers will have to wait a little longer for the opening of the highly anticipated Braseria, by the owners of EDO Tapas & Wine and Anima by EDO. Partner Joe Mikulich says they’ve “been blessed with five amazing chefs from the Joël Robuchon/L’Atelier team” that will work with Chef Oscar Amador Edo to meld the James Beard-nominated chef’s creativity with French technique. Opening has been pushed to late summer at The Collective at 3900 Paradise Road.
Stubborn Seed
The ambience and flavors at Michelin-starred chef Jeremy Ford’s Stubborn Seed in Resorts World felt Miami-edgy, and the service, top-tier. The staff glided around us in perfect precision, even offering to bring hot water to warm our baby’s bottle. Choose between three five- to six-course menus ($125-205). This corny excuse to consume Netflix-themed dishes turns out to be a taste bud hit. Try the Squid Game-inspired “Red Bite, Green Bite,” featuring a spinning wheel with three dipping sauces, and the crunchiest fried chicken nuggets on the planet.
