In January, while on a sidewalk outside The Venetian, brother's Sebastian and Jason Perez-Morciglio say they were confronted by Venetian security and then metro police. The brothers contend they did nothing wrong but allege they were illegally detained and searched by Venetian security and metro.

Sebastian and Jason Perez-Morciglio frequently patrol the Strip as their costumed alter egos Darth Vader and Zorro and that, they allege, is why they were harassed. And now they're suing metro and The Venetian. We talk with the brothers about the case and the history of allegations.
