How many times do we have to say this? Traffic fatalities keep rising.
Pedestrian deaths — people walking on the road hit and killed by vehicles — is almost as high as it was the last two or three years, and we still have two months to go before the end of the year.
Motorcycle deaths just this month totaled 10.
And Halloween is just a day away. Kids walk the streets at night trick or treating. And guess what? Pedestrian deaths are up 70% nationwide; most of those happen at night.
