The first fans might fill Allegiant Stadium seats next month, when professional sports are scheduled to return to Las Vegas.

Many people can't wait to cheer for their favorite sports teams again - and for Las Vegans, that relief may come as early as next month. 

In August, the NHL playoffs are expected to return, with the Vegas Golden Knights considered a top contender. 

And the Raiders are expected to make their debut in the shiny new Allegiant stadium.
