Circle Park Proposal: Play Area, Sculpture Garden

Huntridge Circle Park is an ongoing problem in downtown Las Vegas, but developer J Dapper thinks he might have a solution. 

 

The Las Vegas City Council signed an memorandum of understanding with Dapper, which will let him explore some new ideas for the park.
