Steve Wynn is an icon in Nevada. He’s one of the most well-known gaming leaders in the country.

He’s also been a big-time money magnet for republicans, helping the Republican National Committee raise some $130 million in the last year.

But other very successful men in different industries — Harvey Weinstein in Hollywood, for instance — have been toppled by sexual misconduct allegations.

How could the allegations against Wynn hurt his plans for another casino here, in China, and what about the Japanese market that is just opening to gaming?
